{"id":242,"date":"2023-05-05T12:20:21","date_gmt":"2023-05-05T11:20:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iuma.ulpgc.es\/?page_id=242"},"modified":"2024-03-15T10:54:48","modified_gmt":"2024-03-15T10:54:48","slug":"div-tme","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iuma.ulpgc.es\/en\/divisiones\/div-tme\/","title":{"rendered":"TME (Microelectronic Technology)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-tabs-block-my-block\"><ul class=\"ulpgcds-tabs\"><li href=\"#tab-9293\" class=\"active\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/li><li href=\"#tab-590\" class=\"\">Miembros<\/li><li href=\"#tab-2724\" class=\"\">L\u00edneas de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/li><li href=\"#tab-8793\" class=\"\">Proyectos<\/li><\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-tabs-block-tab-item ulpgcds-tab-content active\" id=\"tab-9293\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La divisi\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00eda Microelectr\u00f3nica (TME) del Instituto Universitario de Microelectr\u00f3nica Aplicada (IUMA) tiene una extensa experiencia en el dise\u00f1o de Circuitos integrados de Radio Frecuencia (RFIC) y Circuitos Integrados Monol\u00edticos de Microondas (MMIC) as\u00ed como el modelado de dispositivos (activos y pasivos) para estos circuitos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iuma.ulpgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSCF2030_reducida.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1166\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera de las l\u00edneas se centra en el dise\u00f1o de circuitos integrados de radio frecuencia (RFIC) y circuitos integrados monol\u00edticos de microondas (MMIC) para diferentes est\u00e1ndares de comunicaciones inal\u00e1mbricas y tecnolog\u00edas tales como CMOS, SiGe, GaAs, GaN, SOI, etc. Entre las aplicaciones a las que se dirigen nuestros circuitos integrados se encuentran el Sistema de Posicionamiento Global (GPS), Servicios de Distribuci\u00f3n Local Multipunto y Multicanal Multipunto (LMDS\/MMDS), redes de \u00e1rea local inal\u00e1mbricas (WiFi), redes de sensores para internet de las cosas (IoT), televisi\u00f3n digital terrestre y sat\u00e9lite (DVB-H y DVB-SH), sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n por radiofrecuencia (RFID), sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite (SATCOM), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iuma.ulpgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/P3310020_reducida.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1193\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda l\u00ednea est\u00e1 fuertemente relacionada con la anterior y se centra en la caracterizaci\u00f3n, modelado y simulaci\u00f3n de los dispositivos semiconductores utilizados en los RFICs y MMICs, tanto activos (transistores, diodos, etc.), como pasivos (inductores y varactores integrados) en diferentes tecnolog\u00edas tales como CMOS, SiGe, GaAs, GaN, SOI, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la divisi\u00f3n TME ha consolidado una red amplia y estable de relaciones con grandes grupos nacionales e internacionales gracias a su participaci\u00f3n en numerosos proyectos tanto de \u00e1mbito nacional como internacional. Asimismo, el grupo tiene una dilatada experiencia en transformar los conocimientos adquiridos en contratos de transferencia con empresas del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" dise\u00f1o de circuitos integrados de radio frecuencia (RFIC) y circuitos integrados monol\u00edticos de microondas (MMIC) para diferentes est\u00e1ndares de comunicaciones inal\u00e1mbricas y tecnolog\u00edas tales como CMOS, SiGe, GaAs, GaN, etc. Entre las aplicaciones a las que se dirigen nuestros circuitos integrados se encuentran el Sistema de Posicionamiento Global (GPS), Servicios de Distribuci\u00f3n Local Multipunto y Multicanal Multipunto (LMDS\/MMDS), redes de \u00e1rea local inal\u00e1mbricas (WiFi), redes de sensores para internet de las cosas (IoT), televisi\u00f3n digital terrestre y sat\u00e9lite (DVB-H y DVB-SH), sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n por radiofrecuencia (RFID), sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite (SATCOM), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"subtitle-s wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>T2: Modelado de dispositivos (activos y pasivos) para RFIC y MMIC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta actividad de
