Este proyecto, desarrollado para Vitesse Semiconductors Corp. (California) en colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas de EE.UU, Reino Unido e India esta formado por un chipset que incluye una matriz de conmutaci\u00f3n y un sistema de almacenamiento desarrollado este\u00faltimo entereamente en la DSI <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto IPI200<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Dise&ntilde;o de un procesador de im\u00e1genes para comunicaciones multimedia. Este proyecto, desarrollado para la empresa Intelligent Pixels Inc (Connecticut, EE.UU), e incorporado en productos comercialmente disponibles, est\u00e1 formado por un array de 144&#215;176 pixels e integra 15 millones de transistores formando una rede que ocupa un \u00e1rea de 15&#215;15 mm2. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto HSCHAR<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de circuitos integrados de conmutacions de paquetes en sistemas de alta velocidad. Este proyecto, realizado para la empresa Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. (California, EE.UU.), incluye el desarrollo de un entorno parametrizable para la medici\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de las prestaciones del sistema. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto VCS851<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Desarrollo de una matrix de conmutaci\u00f3n as\u00edncrona de 32&#215;32 a 1.6Gbps. Este producto, realizado para la empresa Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. (California, EE.UU.), en un tiempo r&eacute;cord, tuvo gran &eacute;xito comercial debido a la mejoras de sus prestaciones con respecto a productos de similares caract&eacute;risticas disponibles en el mercado. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto INGENET<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">INGENET es el mayor proyecto europeo de la DGXII para redes tem\u00e1ticas dentro del programa Brite-Euram con el objetivo de desarrollar el sector areoespacial europeo y su aplicaci\u00f3n aeron\u00e1utica, electromagn&eacute;tica, electr\u00f3nica, ac\u00fastica, as\u00ed como de control y autom\u00e1tica. En este proyecto participan multitud de institutos de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas europeas. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto GARDEN<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Proyecto correspondiente al Programa de Capital Humano y Movilidad de la Comunidad Europea para el desarrollo de un entorno de dise&ntilde;o de circuitos digitales de elevadas prestaciones en tecnolog\u00eda GaAs. La finalidad del proyecto, liderado por el IUMA, es la realizaci\u00f3n de herramientas de ayuda al dise&ntilde;o en GaAs. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto EDGAAS<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Proyecto financiado por la CICYT para el desarrollo de un entorno de dise&ntilde;o que permita la generaci\u00f3n de circuitos y sistemas para procesamiento digital de se&ntilde;ales. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se incluye una librer\u00eda de unidades aritm&eacute;ticas y de memorias para el desarrollo de primitivas aceleradoras de hardware. <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em><u>Proyecto GRAAS<\/u><\/em> <\/div>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"margin-right: 0px\">\n<div align=\"justify\">Proyecto europeo de universidades y centros de investigaci\u00f3n relacionados con el dise&ntilde;o digital de circuitos y sistemas en GaAs financiado por la DGXII y coordinado por el IUMA.
