Dr. Francisco Javier Balea Fernández graduated in psychology from Pontifical University of Salamanca in 2001.  Study an academic year at Stockholm University (Sweden). Between 2001-2003 course the doctoral program of clinical neuropsychology of the department of basic psychology, psychobiology and methodology of the University of Salamanca. He obtained a PhD in psychology in 2007 after presenting the thesis with the title: Comprehensive Neuropsychological Stimulation Program in healthy older population: design, application and results. Graduated in Medicine from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Promotion 2005-2011. Master´s in Clinical Medicine from the Camilo José Cela University (Madrid, October 2016). In November 2017, he obtained the National Accreditation of Psychologist expert in Clinical Neuropsychology.  Participation in multiple Seminars, Congresses and Scientific Dissemination Courses. He has published three books, two book chapters, and several articles published in various scientific journals. He obtained a PhD in Medicine (Biomedical Research, 2017-2020) after presenting the thesis with the title: Diagnosis through Hyperspectral Imaging and risk factors in the Diagnosis of Alzheimer Type Dementia from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2021.
