El 41 Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits -Europe tendrá lugar del 21 al 24 de Mayo de 2017 en el Hotel AC Gran Canaria en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. El Presidente del Congreso es Benito González Pérez, de la división TME del IUMA. Los temas de interés son:
