Research Results Transfer Conference – Tuesday, November 20

It is about promoting the bringing together of R&D supply and demand between OPIs and Companies, in order to promote the creation of EIBTs. The objective is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the patent licensing and assignment processes and give greater value to the commercialization of IP. To this end, the IPOs must be trained and informed so that they develop their own protocols and framework contracts for the transfer of IP results from the IPOs.
Research Results Transfer Protocols encourage the emergence, licensing or transfer of patents or other forms of intellectual property (IP) from Public Research Organizations (OPIs).
