Mr. Sergio Mateos, new doctor at the IUMA

Mr. Sergio Mateos, new doctor at the IUMA after the defense of his doctoral thesis:

«Analysis of the Effects of Space Radiation on Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits in Commercial Silicon-Based Nanometric Technologies».

The thesis, rated with Outstanding Cum Laude by the court, is framed within the doctoral program in Telecommunications Technologies and Computational Engineering #t2ic, and has been developed in the Microelectronic Technology Division (TME) of the IUMA under the direction of Dr. Javier del Pine tree.
